Chief Huber recently completed the Leadership Edge Program conducted by the International Association of Fire Chief’s in Phoenix Arizona.  Chief Huber spent a week with Fire Chiefs from all across the country in what could be characterized as a think tank atmosphere discussing the challenges of today’s fire service and lessons learned from various size departments from across America. The Leadership Edge Program is conducted three times a year all across the country.
