Go Right for Sirens and Lights

Pull-to-the-Right-Slider

Fire, EMS, and Law Enforcement all use lights and sirens when responding to life threatening emergencies.  Pulling to the right and coming to a complete stop helps ensure your safety, the safety of those around you, and the safety of emergency personnel.    Often, more than one emergency vehicle is responding.  Drivers should remain aware even after an emergency vehicle has passed, and look for possibly another responding emergency vehicle.

By pulling to the right and coming to a complete stop, you are improving safety, allowing property to be saved, and/or a patient receive care quicker.
