After assessment of the patient ,Physicians from University of Cincinnati were summoned to the scene via Air Rescue 91. Deputy Chief Goldfeder and Quint 63 were assigned to medical flight and set up a landing zone at the New Hope Baptist Church .

The Rescue company drove wedges and inserted air bags after they performed a lock out tag procedures to the printing drum. This allowed enough room to extricate the patient.
